Who is Fit Food?

Fit Food offers cold-pressed juices, juice programs, healthy foods, and products to promote a healthy lifestyle, making it the pioneer in Lithuania for these types of goods.

The Objective

The goal was to increase sales and popularize Fit Food natural juice product line, prepare the design of new products and introduce them to the market, positioning them as a preferred snack or food option for health-conscious consumers.

Challenges

Fit Food has limited brand recognition in Lithuania.

With the recent introduction of a new healthy juice product in the market, consumers required significant education on the benefits of integrating these beverages and snacks into their dietary routines.

Given the high price and low profit margin, careful selection of marketing activities was necessary to turn a profit.

Conducted tests on various new personas and activation offers to obtain valuable insights into new audiences.

Conducted swift experiments with brand messaging and product display on all channels, resulting in a noteworthy reduction in the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for new customers.

Created customized retention strategies utilizing email, search, social media, and retargeting techniques to enhance the Lifetime Value (LTV).

Results

Overall, 2018 campaigns has resulted in Fit Food seeing a ROAS of 5x.

After initial onboarding, Fit Food saw massive improvements in new customer acquisition, seeing a YoY increase in new client revenue of over 350% between April and September.

As client goals shifted to retention in the second half of 2018, the flaira squad shifted tactics and increased Q3 existing customer revenue by over 50% YoY.
