The Objective

The objective of the hive5 marketing campaigns was to increase the trust of the investment platform among all Europe, grow the community of investors, and increase investments in the platform. The campaigns aimed to create awareness about the platform’s features and benefits, build a strong brand reputation, and establish the platform as a reliable and trustworthy option for investors.

There was already well-established investment platforms in the market that had a loyal customer base and a strong brand reputation, making it challenging for a new platform to gain traction.

Investors want to feel secure when investing their money, so hive5 faced challenges in building trust with potential investors who may be wary of investing in a new and unknown platform.

Investing can be complex, and hive5 needed to invest in educating potential investors about the benefits of investing and how to navigate the platform’s features.

Researched and identified relevant bloggers, influencers, and YouTubers who align with the target audience for hive5.

Developed a range of educational content and messaging aimed at engaging potential investors.

Rapidly experimented with brand messaging and product display across all channels to significantly decrease the CAC of new customers.

Designed personalized retention loops through emails, search, social, and retargeting to increase the LTV of customers.

Results

Overall, 2022 campaigns has resulted in hive5 seeing a ROAS of 3x.

After initial onboarding, hive5 saw massive improvements in new customer acquisition, seeing an increase in new client revenue of over 250% between April and September.

As client goals shifted to retention in the second half of 2020, the flaira team shifted tactics and increased Q3 existing customer revenue by over 50% YoY.
